    Upcoming appointments: Ultrasound/GBS test on Friday (edit because dr changed my appointment)

    How are you feeling: been quite crampy today and definitely feels like he is lower. Interested to see what we see on Wednesday

    Rants / Raves: So much going on! We are packing and hoping to get the the point where we are ‘vacationing’ in our currently place so we can move everything to the new house quickly. All this while trying to plan a 7th birthday party for my big kid has been crazy!

    How are you feeling: tired. Excited.

    Rants / Raves: Can’t wait to get out of here and eat real food again

    GTKY: What is your guilty pleasure TV show/movie/music/book? I love anything true crime, so forensic files is probably mine. 


    Sorry I checked out of this community, if anyone remembers me. I ended up being admitted to the hospital in July for preeclampsia and I’m still here. Baby is being born on Friday at 36 weeks. Please send us good juju. Hope everyone else is doing well!

    Upcoming appointments: Meeting with Doula on Sunday. Sonogram next Thursday.

    How are you feeling: frustrated with my physical limitations. There is so much I want/need to get done but I am supposed to " take it easy" 🤪. My back hurts almost all the time. And I've been craving peanut M&Ms a lot lately. 

    Rants / Raves: moving day is Thursday! I am both extremely stressed and very excited. I can't wait to get into out new space so I can feel like I can nest finally. 

    Questions: When are you all stopping working? I just have 3.5 weeks left which both feels like too soon and not soon enough. 

    GTKY: What is your guilty pleasure TV show/movie/music/book? I loooove the movie "The Last Holiday". It is so cheesy but I adore Queen Latifah and the message is so hopeful. 😊

    Interesting baby fact / Baby is the size of: a winter melon/way too big

    Upcoming appointments: Midwife tomorrow

    How are you feeling: Definitely getting some pre-labour symptoms. Nothing that says "labour is coming now", but things are moving in that direction. I'd be surprised if she stays in until October, but I'd like her to wait until at least the end of the week so I don't have to modify my leave forms for work

    Rants / Raves: There's a new kid at my toddler's daycare. She's younger than him and pretty small for her age. My kid has been doting on her. He'll bring her toys and go out of his way to play with her. He's also super gentle with her, which he isn't normally (we've had lots of issues with excited hitting and pushing and things like that). Just really love to see that. I hope it transfers to his sister and that it doesn't go away when the baby doesn't go home at the end of the day.

    @sawasap omg, YES! to Grey's Anatomy. I had stopped watching it a while ago but now I think I need to revisit. As long as Bailey stays, I'm good. She is my favorite. 

    I feel like many of us need to chat about the toddler-newborn dynamic and how to navigate that! Sounds like your toddler is getting ready to be a gentle sibling. Fingers crossed that mine will be the same 🤞

    Also! I'm curious what pre-labor symptoms you're noticing?

    @alpacamama2 Given the way that show goes, I feel like any indication on whether or not a character is still there is a spoiler 😆

    I've been getting a lot of Braxton Hicks and some cramping down low. Plus some mild spotting over the last few days. At my midwife appointment today, after my exam, she guessed that I'd be in labour within the week (with, of course, no guarantees)
