I'm 33 weeks today and feeling good. Baby has been slowly dropping so I can breathe again. But lightning crotch and pelvic pressure has increased. I've been listening to sleep meditation and sleeping like a BABY! If you aren't sleeping well give it a try. Heartburn is tolerable but no fun. My patience is running a bit thinner with my children so I know I'm more uncomfortable than I'm letting myself be. I've also been getting headaches so I'm drinking extra water and electrolytes to counteract that. Family is going on one last trip next week and then I am nesting like a mad woman. I got all babies clothes washed and put away yesterday. Still need quite a few smaller things for house and myself to make things smoother for all, post delivery. Ladies if you haven't checked out the meal train look into it. It is such a blessing when exhausted and still needing to feed a crew or just yourselves! Also freezer meals. I'll be doing those in about 2 weeks as well. As much as I don't want to. Haha
I’ve had disrupted sleep the entire pregnancy, currently 35 wks. To ease back pain and body aches, I’ve consistently been seeing my chiro and masseuse. I feel like it’s helped a lot. Currently nesting and getting organized for her arrival…but yes, feeling it all, heartburn, shortness of breath, leg/foot cramps so trying to take it easy when possible. Staying hydrated is key!
Currently 33 weeks and my biggest challenge is sleeping. Everyday, I'm up between 3 am and 5 am. I go to bed around 10 pm and wake several times to pee but by 3 am I struggle falling back asleep.
Very tired and very moody. Also I feel so very very dense. I just can't really move my torso the way I want to without making me feel like my face is going to pop. Weird.

I am up to a the same time as well and I am 31 wks 5 days
Baby #3 and my abdominal wall is pretty stretched. I feel “heavy,” like I’ve gained too much weight too quickly but in reality, I haven’t—I think I’m just physically less strong/fit this time around. Exercises are good but kick my butt!
My ability to walk long distances without getting uncomfortable is limited. My hips are definitely stretching. I’ve been wearing a belly brace which helps. I also take more calcium/magnesium when my muscles are tight.
I take naps every day around 2pm to make it through! I too have interrupted sleep due to waking up to pee but I’m more comfortable drinking lots of water than not.
No swelling or heartburn for me but I would get heartburn if I ate the wrong stuff!—I avoid greasy anything and drink lemon water even if I’m just having a little bacon, but I haven’t craved pork the entire pregnancy.
I’m planning a homebirth and am reading Gentle Birth Choices by Barbara Harper. BEST book!!—So much evidence based research that midwife attended births are safer and more fulfilling with far less interventions for normal pregnancy outside the hospital’s system. Highly recommended.
Alot of round ligament pain, tired and weak, belly is sitting lower, feeling a lot of back pain especially from doing housework like carrying washing etc. Hurry up surgical date..I want my body back..
