Wrong dose Lupron from pharm for IVF

Hi all!

I am a new member, and have gone through 2 rounds of IVF that have failed. 

After finishing my 2nd round I realized my mail in pharmacy sent me the wrong dose of Lupron (luprolide acetate) that I took the whole cycle. 

I was wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else here?

    I've had a pharmacy give me the wrong dose of my medication before, though it wasn't fertility meds. There are places you can report pharmacy errors, and you should be able to get your correct medication for free to replace the incorrect one you already paid for. Also call your doctor to inform them of the error, you may need to be monitored for ill effects or your cycle cancelled
