When does everyone want to start HDBD (hump day bump day) where you can post pictures of your bump if you would like. I am due at the end of the month so I don't have much more than bloat to post right now but I know some people due at the beginning of the month are getting to be 13 weeks and might want to start posting. Also, I know there are lots of FTMs in this group but anyone is welcome to start new discussions. Especially because I don't always get to a computer on Mondays to start the weekly check ins.
Speaking of threads, we can also start UO (unpopular opinions, traditionally on Thursdays) or FFC (Flame Free confessions on Fridays) if anyone has any interest. I don't usually participate in these threads because I don't like potential confrontation, but I do enjoy reading them
I played a softball game last night and I do not feel all that pregnant or look very big but I almost fell 2 different times running the bases so I guess my weight and everything is shifting. Also, it was way too hot and I was dying, so hopefully I am not asked to fill in again.
Any second time moms feel like it's way different this time around? I can't put my finger on why. I want to be just as excited as my first but it's not in the forefront of my mind all the time like it was with bebe one. It makes me feel like I'm being neglectful and not as mindful of him or her this time. I'm also struggling to find a small birth month group on Facebook. I must have started looking late. The smallest I've found is still 120+ people
@SpartanCat I do think it's different this time. I actually have to stop and think about how far along I am instead of just automatically knowing how many weeks and days I am and I don't think about it at all times, there are times I forget I'm pregnant. It's nice in a way because it seemed a lot slower last time because I was counting and paying attention to every day and every single body change. I think it will be a little easier once we can feel our babies move consistently to feel a little more connected. I don't have any advice about Facebook, but I have been enjoying the r/February2024BumpGroup on Reddit but it just went private a few days ago. I don't know if the mods would let you in if you asked or not. I'm sure the group is bigger than 120 people, but there are like 5-10 posts a day with am and pm chat threads so it's not overwhelming. Plus the community rules seem to keep the crazies away compared to some facebook groups or babycenter or others I have seen.
@dinomeetsjedi And other regs over here - TB is so slow these days, and Feb in particular seems super slow. Things are a little more active in March 24 - if any of you want to join forces, I am sure we'd welcome you on the March board!

@hedgepig I am down to combine forces! I will see how other people feel this week and then probably hop on over if most are up to it. I know in the past people used to be super picky about how everyone used the bump. Do you want us to come introduce ourselves first or just start joining your check ins/randoms threads? Thank you for the invitation!
