Constant headaches

Anyone dealing with constant headaches ?

It’s been just over a week and I cannot seem to get this headache to go away. Staying  hydrated, resting when I can, getting decent amount of sleep and trying Tylenol . Nothing seems to work. I don’t have any other symptoms of illness so don’t think it’s a cold or anything ..
I am 16w5d

  • I’ve been feeling the same way with totally normal BP. I’ve added electrolytes and magnesium and that’s helped tremendously.
  • I had three weeks of constant headaches. I was miserable. It did make my blood pressure spike (or the BP caused the headache no one can seem to tell me). I had a prescription for an antinausea they paired with Benadryl, they said occasional Tylenol, caffeine, and a combo of vitamins (coq10, magnesium and B2) and it's finally gone away. The last week or so it'll come back if I'm tired or thirsty but I finally have relief. I'm 17 weeks now

I’ve had headaches throughout this pregnancy. Using a netipot has relieved a lot of them (just google how to safely purify the water before using it). My doula also recommended ice on the back of my neck
  • My BP has been like 104/62 , 111/70 , 104/68
that’s kind of the range. I am quite dizzy at times along with the dead ache but it’s hard to know if it’s the heat, my BP, hormones I don’t know ..
