30+3 BH or gas pain or what??

in 3rd Trimester
I’m 30 weeks and have had abdominal, almost period-like discomfort all day with some intense sharp pains intermittently. FTM here and I don’t think they’re BH but my belly is rock hard and I feel a lot of pressure in my rectum and pelvis, wondering if it’s just gas pressure or if I should contact doctor?

    It really could be gas. I would take some calcium magnesium along with a drop of peppermint oil orrr ginger/ginger tea and see if it settles.

    Have you been standing a lot or more active than usual? On the days I am more active or stand more than usual I have what sounds like similar pains. Have your tried laying down for a while to see if it lets up? 

    Never hurts to call and check in with the nurse just  be safe.
