  Unless on pelvic floor rest, ordered by your doctor - if you can have sex why can't you?  Just don't be stupid and shove things than can get stuck

  Like everyone has said, unless you are specifically on pelvic rest and have been told "no sex" by your OB/GYN then you definitely can!
