Re: Healthy Habits

  • I’m nervous to keep lifting weights at the gym so instead I’m continuing with yoga and home pregnancy workouts on YouTube.

  • I run, spin, and lift and am hoping to continue that routine. I know I’m going to have to watch my food I take because I tend to let myself eat whatever I want while pregnant—especially after dealing with nausea and vomiting in first tri.

  • I don’t do much physical activity since my job is pretty physical 😅 I would like to though! My main focus is trying to eat a bit better and drink less sugary drinks & more water !
  • Hi! Last pregnancy was during COVID so I basically lived on my couch and ate like crap, lol. Hoping to be different this time! I don't workout but do walk so hoping to keep up with that, up my water intake, and try to make healthier food choices as much as I can.
  • @catem07 I’m right there with you, I know they say it’s fine but I’m too paranoid to keep lifting weights 😅 it just feels like too much strain
  • I workout 4 times a week, but I missed this whole week because we got Covid 😅 better now and getting back at it Monday! I try to keep it pretty light and do a really good stretching routine before I start
  • I'm sticking to my routine of light spinning, mild cardio and evening walks. Thankfully the only vise  that I have to cut down on is my caffeine intake- which could also possibly be why I have these headaches (I just blamed it on the hormones) 😄
