  You are more than likely further along than you think you are.  Talk to your doctor office and see if you can get a dating scan.  No way you can turn  a test 3 weeks pregnant.

  I just got a positive at 3weeks 3 days so…..
  I’m Ovulate early too around CD 12.

  I had a positive test at 3 weeks so it definitely is possible. I miscarried sept 7 and positive Oct 1 so my dates couldn't have been wrong! Congrats!
