Almost 5 weeks question

in 1st Trimester
I am about to be 5 weeks, taking 3 tests all came back positive.  Last night I experienced the worst cramps in my lower back ever. Woke up fine and no blood. Is this normal? Or should I be worried of a miscarriage?

    No bleeding, woke up fine - no worries.  If the pain comes back and/or you start bleeding heavily then definitely call the nurses line.
