Trying to Get Pregnant

WTO w/o Aug 14

**This is a thread that welcomes all regardless of where they are at in their TTC journeys. Please be mindful of topics that are discussed that could be hurtful to those going through tough times. Mention of children or pregnancies of others should have a TW (trigger warning) and be in a spoiler if possible, and only be mentioned if it is extremely pertinent to the conversation. Re: WTO w/o Aug 14

  • Month/Cycle: 17/??

    CD: 3

WAYDTGKU: Supplements, OPK, TI, .... I think I would stand on my head and squawk if someone said it would help.

R/R: I'm back in WTO instead of TWW because I got AF on CD13. Ugh. This happens to me sometimes.. my Dr. calls it a misfire- I revved up to O, but then didn't and got AF. The surprise really brought me down and I'm still trying to recover. At this point, I would go see a RE and do IUI or IVF, but DH is not interested in that. Don't knock him, everyone has their ideals and reasons and I get it. I'm just pissed. The end.

CS/Q: Anyone else get less than 10-20 day cycles sometimes?

  • @sunshine134 I haven’t had that but ugh I can just imagine that is so incredibly frustrating.  I don’t think anybody would knock your DH for that ❤️ Do you mind me asking if he’s opposed to the diagnostics or the more invasive interventions, or just all of the above?

Month/Cycle:  6/6 AL and benched unless my labs come back normal in a couple days

    CD: 9

    WAYDTGKU:  all the things/supplements/meds

R/R:  I had my labs drawn this morning to see where my TSH is. I’m hoping for the best but honestly just feeling like even if we’ve fixed the physical issue now we’re running into a timing issue and we’d have to make some weighty decisions.

  • Month/Cycle: 4/4

    CD: 30

    WAYDTGKU: opks, cm, bd

R/R: opks are still super faint... Wondering how long this cycle is going to go! I had four wisdom teeth pulled Friday, so wondering if that will prolong ovulation even more than usual.

    CS/Q:

@sunshine134 I will get a false start that normally gives me a light period. But it's normally like five days of spotting. I won't get a positive opks during those, but they will get close. They are called anovulatory cycles.
  • @kbru88 I hope this cycle doesn’t drag on too much longer.  FX for O soon!

My TSH came back and it’s in a range we feel comfortable trying.  MH and I talked about timing with our move and are both feeling like we’re running out of time and it’s not a guarantee anyway SO we are off the bench.  Military move be blasted.  CD 11, here goes.

  • @kbru88 I recently went to the dentist and was hesitant on getting my wisdom teeth taken out, thankfully he said I can take care of them later down the line. I wanted to avoid it while TTC

  • @winterecho I had avoided it for 15+ years! But they finally got cavities and the dentist said she could not reach them to fill them. The cavities were bad enought I was getting nerve pain. So it was time to get them out. The surgeon was shocked I hadn't come sooner.
