Ultrasound photo looks “off”

Hello all, I just had my 7w 5d ultrasound with my 2nd and the baby doesn’t look anything like when I first one. The report sent back didn’t say any concerns but the head section of the baby just looks like they’re a con head person. Anyone else have this? Maybe just poor imaging?

It's a 7 week fetus. It doesn't look like a human, but a big blob with a smaller blob connected to it with a "tail" and 4 appendages barely there. Not sure why this looks odd to you, but if it were abnormal they would let you know.

I believe they always look like little aliens up until a certain point.
