Labor Signs?

So I’m 38+6 and since last night I’ve felt so nauseous that it feels like I’m going to throw up. I have no appetite and food and water seem to make it worse I’ve also been having some slight cramping on the left side of my back that’s on and off. I was checked last week and was 0cm and I still haven’t lost my mucus plug or contractions. Did anyone feel like this before they went into labor?
