Cycle Day 21 / 9 DPP

Hello,
We have been trying to conceive for the past 10 years but no luck. This has been lingering on my mind so wanted to check with you.
Every cycle day 21 or one week before I start my menstruation I get pain in the soles of my feet. Is that normal or could it be that implantation is trying to happen but not successful. Also, I feel tired on day 21. Is that PMS symptom?
As a side note: this cycle I was on 7.5 letrozole and had my trigger shot and IUI. Also, using Proov confirm kit to confirm ovulation via their PdG and it was positive last three days which means I ovulated.
Any pointers?
