H and I have been trying to workout regularly for a while but haven’t been able to keep it up. We just bought a Ring Fit game, so my goal is to play that a few times a week. I did it yesterday so hoping to be able to keep it up!
I am slowly but surely getting back into running shape and it feels so good. The weight is not budging yet, but I am working hard to cut sugar from my diet and I am planning to completely lay off the booze this month (except for our wedding anniversary in August). None of it is as easy as it was when I was 30 but my health is worth the effort! ❤️
