MCT Oil safe for pregnancy

Hi, if I’m a current user of MCT OIL, and drink it with one 12oz coffee daily, is this safe to continue throughout my pregnancy?

    Great Question for your doctor, but there is also plenty of info online, the majority saying: "there is not enough research available to determine whether or not it could have any adverse effects on the developing fetus."
