Low Growth Percentiles?

I had a follow up anatomy scan today at 25 weeks 2 days (baby wasn’t cooperative at first one, so they couldn’t get all the views they needed), and baby’s overall growth was around 14th percentile (she had been around 16th percentile last time), but her abdomen was measuring below the 10th percentile, so they are sending me to a high risk OB for more scans. They did check the umbilical cord, and the blood flow looked good.
Has anyone else experienced this, or in a similar situation? This is my third baby, and while the first two didn’t have this issue during pregnancy, my second baby (a boy) is pretty small now, around the 14th percentile for height. So I’m praying that this baby girl is just small, and that there aren’t any concerns. I’m trying not to worry, my doctor said she isn’t worried, but it’s so hard…
