Measuring early but confused

I went for my 8 week ultrasound yesterday. According to my LMP I should be 8w 3d, but I know that based on when I first tested positive I’m more likely 8 weeks on the dot. My period is generally pretty consistent but can vary by a few days. The ultrasound measured a CRL of 14.4mm and a heart rate of 169.
The ultrasound tech didn’t seem concerned but when I looked at the report later it showed the measurements as being in the bottom 2 percentile. And then when I did some googling it seems as though most sources are saying CRL should be 16-19mm, and that a measurement of 14.4mm puts me at around 7w. It also says heart rate should be between 140-160.
Should I be concerned?
