Sudden gush of watery discharge at 11 weeks

I’m 11 weeks pregnant with my first child. I’ve had a lot of spotting and a small sch they they’ve said is common with IVF. While at work today I had a sudden sensation of discharge and when I went to the bathroom I had soaked through my underwear and pants with a watery discharge that had a pink tinge.
The on call md didn’t provide much insight, my scan is tomorrow but I’m just worried about what this could be. Has anyone else had this happen?
