O after initial surge or peak?

I got my first positive opk (Pregmate brand) on cd 18 at 11pm. This morning, cd 20 it peaked at 6:45am. (So 32 hours after initial surge is when it peaked) I'm new here and I am not sure how to post a picture of my chart and tests otherwise I would!
I am super confused as to what the point of a peak is because I have read ovulation takes place between 24-36 hours after beginning of surge, some places I've even read 35-44 hours after, and 8-20 hours after peak as well as 10-12 hours after peak. I'm sooo confused! 😭😭

    Hi, we don’t normally do one-off posts like this here. We have an OPK help thread pinned at the top of the board and that would be the proper place to ask this. Also please read the newbie guide also pinned near the top of the board and then feel free to join in on our weekly threads.
