Pelvic pressure/period cramps

Hi! I’m 35 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing period-like cramps and a ton of pelvic pressure. Shooting pains when I bend over, while sitting and getting up for sitting position. Doctor says it’s just normal course for pregnancy. Anyone else experiencing this??

    Yep. Braxton hicks contractions. Been having them for a while now. I’m at 39 weeks.

    Ya definitely normal pregnancy symptoms - I am 38 weeks and have been having them for a few weeks
    My doctor said if you can talk through the pain and it’s not regular increments for 1-2 hours it’s likely not labor
