Late period, neg test, copper IUD?

Hello! Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience…I’m a little confused 🤨

My husband and I recently started *not preventing* this month, although we did have sex during fertile days. I have had a very regular cycle for years on BC, and it stayed regular when I went on non-hormonal IUD.

My cycles are typically 30-32 days. Expected period yesterday and nothing. Have had all the classic symptoms of incoming period, eg bloating, fatigue, moodiness etc. as I didn’t get period and I’m usually VERY regular, took test just to see and negative. Wasn’t really expecting anything after only having sex once lol…

Anyways- just had the thought that getting copper IUD removed toward the end of last cycle could have disrupted things? Anyone have similar experience? Or should I try testing again in a couple days?

    It van take up to a year for your body to re-regulate after the removal of an IUD.  Using OPK and basal body Temps are the only way you truly will know approximation of ovulation.
