I had given up running for the better part of the last year on advice from my OBGYN and my acupuncture doc, but the RE gave me the green light to run so I have slowly (very slowly!) been working on getting myself back into running shape. Last weekend I ran for an hour straight for the first time in over a year. It felt SO GOOD! Also been battling an extra 20 pounds since my last loss over a year ago and I am finally starting to see that scale move!
