Re: TFAS w/o June 12

  • What number are you trying for? 3, but first two are adopted/being adopted

    Month/Cycle? 7/7

    WTO/TWW? WTO

    Ages of other child(ren)? 4 and 5

Any thoughts about this cycle? First cycle trying acupuncture, so I'm hopeful that it will make a difference.

    Any questions? Nope

Rant/Rave? Temps dropped down to the 50s/60s yesterday and today. My kids aren't happy about it since they can't swim or play in the sprinkler, but I need to get some yard work done and this weather is much better for that than the 80 degree weather we had been having, so I'm happy.

GTKY: Are you doing anything special for your SO for Father’s Day? H loves food, so he'll probably just want to go out to eat, but we haven't actually planned anything specific yet.

    Month/Cycle? 6/4

    WTO/TWW? TWW

    Ages of other child(ren)? 4, 2

Any thoughts about this cycle? Nice that my body seems to be on track. Weird to just be living in natural cycle land.

    Any questions? Nope

Rant/Rave? Two year molars are the worst. Excited for our upcoming weekend trip, though!

GTKY: Are you doing anything special for your SO for Father’s Day? Helping the kids make a card! We’ll be traveling, so not sure what else.
  • @britters314 we’ve had temps all over the place lately. 60 and rainy Saturday, 80 today. The cooler weather is great for gardening, for sure!
  • GTKY: We got H a pressure washer. Nothing takes your mind of stressful stuff better than SATISFYING pressure washing.

  • @britters314 seriously, the 50s/60s is the perfect temperature for yard work. It's weird to put DS back in long sleeve shirts these last couple days. I had him in a tank top on Saturday! I'm so glad we finally got some rain though. Hoping I can pop outside for a few minutes today to pull some weeds while the ground is not dry AF.

@mambo5-2 pressure washing is so satisfying!

What number are you trying for? 2

    Month/Cycle? benched

    WTO/TWW? I think today is O day

Ages of other child(ren)? almost 11mo

Any thoughts about this cycle? My BBT has been so rocky. Literally a zig zag up and down most of the WTO period. Wondering if I should switch to vag temping instead of oral but that would require the extra step of washing my thermometer or buying those disposable thermometer covers. Eh.

    Any questions? None

Rant/Rave? DS picked up the B consonant out of the blue late last week and hasn't stopped since haha. Which is great to hear in my parent's new house that doesn't have a lot on the walls to help dampen the sound. I have a great video clip of him just "ba ba ba BA BA BA BA BA ba ba" :joy:. Now it's a race between DH and I who can get him to figure out mama or dada first. On top of that we're getting some good attempts at taking steps so we'll see where he's at by his first birthday!

GTKY: Are you doing anything special for your SO for Father’s Day? No, we didn't do anything special for me for Mother's Day so he's not going to get anything special either. I didn't get my requested breakfast until the weekend after because he had a headache. I mean I will make him breakfast that morning but that's all he'll be getting.

Rant/Rave? Like a few of you, we are having the best cool June so far! I am loving temps in the 70's and foggy mornings.

GTKY: Are you doing anything special for your SO for Father’s Day?
Nope! I'll give him space to have time to himself, but otherwise just another day.

  • @britters314 @inthewoods23 I'm stoked on the cool weather for gardening too, plus I raked the yard. If only the pollen season wasn't so bad I could actually spend some real time working in the garden and weedeating 😭 My allergies are killing me this year!

    Month/Cycle? 3/3

    WTO/TWW? WTO

    Ages of other child(ren)? 12, 10, 7, 3, and 1.

Any thoughts about this cycle? My one year old keeps waking me up before my temp time. So I'm not sure if temping will work or not. So far I have a few way off temps, but most are staying within a predictable pattern.

Rant/Rave? This week has been crazy with band and orchestra camp for my two oldest. I'm exhausted.

GTKY: Are you doing anything special for your SO for Father’s Day? Probably sending him out for a bike ride with his dad. His birthday was yesterday and he just graduated with His Masters degree. His present was a Trek bike.
