Flying before prenatal

I’m 4 weeks pregnant and have a work trip next week, is it safe to fly before my first prenatal / in the first trimester? Is there an increased risk of miscarriage? My PCP and the Internet seem to think it’s fine but I’d love to know what others think. Thanks!! This is my first :)
