    I finally announced baby #4 to my family. I texted my sister last night with the pictures, and I sent them to my family’s group text (mom, dad, and sister) this morning after my appointment. So far, no one has responded. My sister responded last night. I have always texted her about pregnancies, so I wasn’t surprised when she responded. They’ll have to talk at some point because they’re supposed to pick DS1 up on Thursday afternoon to spend a week with them.

    Yesterday I planted 16 tomato plants that I do not have room for 🫠 I will hate myself for this in a month lol. Every year I tell myself I will plant what can reasonably fit and then I go and throw that out the window every time 😂

    @kiek another gem from last season… there are never too many tomato plants…. I think we ended up with 8 rows of 6-8 plants each… by accident of course and for the very reasons you describe lol makes for a very fun canning season.  And alllllll summer visitors leave with free tomatoes!

    Got to hear Little Bean's heartbeat today. Nice and strong. ❤️ I'm 100% not used to not having an u/s at every appointment so it was nice to hear the heartbeat. Reassuring. DH also got to meet my new OB and said she's awesome. And we have a tentative c-section date so that's fun!

    I straight up popped over the night 😂. I’ve had a noticeable bump since super early but this morning it is significantly bigger lol. I’m 17 weeks today so I guess it’s time lol. Im just reminded of how huge my belly gets cause short people problems 😂

    @Kiek that’s so exciting!!! Congrats on the bump! I feel like I’m mostly bloat at 14 weeks still but honestly idk what’s going on as this is my first time.  I know I’m down almost 10 pounds (i was fluffy to begin with) but my pants no longer button…. 

    @UnwritteN12 it’s so awesome your hubby likes your OB and you heard the little bean!  I haven’t heard mine yet but im excited, my MIL says boys have slower rates… does anyone know if this is true??

    Anyone have any fun MDW plans? Not much going on for us, probably will hit up the neighborhood pool and maybe grill, but nothing crazy!

    @makingbacon did your family respond? hope it all goes ok!

    @unwritten12 its so reassuring to hear the heartbeat... I heard it for the first time last week!

    @stevieraem that's the old wive's tale! I think it's if the hb is less than 150 (or something around there), it's more likely to be a boy. i'm not sure if there's actually any truth to it, but that's what the tale is! (wasn't true for me last time around fwiw... we always had a hb of 130-140ish, but she's a girl!)

    @stevieraem Our 3 boys were all over the board with heart rates. DS1 was over 150, and DS2 and DS3 were both in the mid-150’s. This baby was 167 last week, so we’ll see how this goes lol. 

    @fitandnerdy No fun plans this weekend, just our usual stuff. I travel for work starting Monday afternoon. My parents did finally respond. My mom wasn’t super supportive, but now she’s gone the other direction. She has told anyone who listens that this baby was unplanned, and she’s also been making inappropriate sex/broken condom jokes in relation to this baby. I set a boundary on that, but haven’t reduced contact like I usually would because DS1 is at their house until next week.

    @Kiek I am short as well and I feel like I'm in that awkward stage of "Is she pregnant or just fat." This is baby #4 for me and I still have a nice layer of love from baby #3. I think I have a few weeks before I look pregnant. 😆

    @fitandnerdy We are surprising the kiddos with a trip to Dorney Park today. I won't be able to go on much, but it will still be a fun day. Meeting some family there which is also a surprise. Monday plan on doing nothing. Lazy bums day! 😆

    @fitandnerdy no plans for us. I had a girls’ night last night with two of my closest friends last night. We get together every couple months and get takeout, have some drinks (I have kombucha right now 😂) and crochet until like midnight lol. But other than that, it’s cold and rainy all weekend and we are just nestled in for a lazy weekend.
