Short cervix

I am currently 22 weeks. Last Friday I had an anatomy scan, the baby is healthy! The doctor was concerned because my cervix is short ( due to having a cone biopsy last year). I go back this Friday to see if there are any changes but most likely I’ll need a cervical cerclage (stitches) to seal up my cervix.  Was wondering if anyone has been through this?

    I've been getting weekly level 2 since I was 13 weeks due to the same but I had my last weekly appointment yesterday and no cerclage was needed (yay!!). I'm still on vaginal progesterone until I'm 36 weeks. I'm currently 23 weeks.

    I also have a short cervix and preterm labor history and also on vaginal progesterone. Don’t know your measurements but your perinatologist should instruct you and help you thru it!

    I went to the hospital yesterday for a check up again and apparently it was a misinterpretation from last week.  My cervix length is at 30.0 mm was within normal limits without dynamic changes or funneling. They said nothing was necessary. 
    I’m not sure if the technician measured incorrectly on Friday or couldn’t get the correct measurements. But all is well!
