We need to decide when everyone is comfortable moving to FB. Answer the poll and we can go from there. If you answer later, please comment when you would be comfortable moving. 

Also, if you have any cute ideas for a name for a group go ahead and drop it in the comments.

    I accidentally voted Later but meant Now. My first BMB is just May 2021 on Fb so I have no cute name ideas. Maybe … ummmmm …

    It looks like most of us are comfortable moving to FB now. How does everyone want to move forward? We are a small group. We can make another thread and comment and have a certain number of likes for entry. That’s what most boards have done. I’m not sure if we need to actually do that since we are so small.

    My last BMB had people volunteer to be admin in the fb group and then the majority of the regulars had to vote. We voted based on how active you were on the board and recognizing usernames cause stranger danger. I think to get accepted, you had to answer a question (your username on TB).

    Ok, so let’s do the vote. @gingermama29 if I go ahead and make the group do you want to be an admin? That would make 2 admins. Then we could start voting. How long will we keep the voting open?

    @emeraldcity603 I think we kept voting open for 2-3 weeks. After that we made the group secret on fb and didn’t accept any more requests. It’s worked out great. My group is still super close and have had zero drama!

    Ok, I set it up. Once you get enough votes you can message me or @gingermama29 and we will give you the name of the group. We will start votes in another thread. @gingermama29 I’m going to message you to give you the name of the group and then I can add you as an admin.

    @lmn823 would you be willing to join just for the group. I know there was someone who did that last time in my BMB. All she had was a group account so she could join our group.

    Can someone explain the benefit of moving over to Facebook? I’m not much of a Facebook person (more Instagram and TikTok), and I feel like I would interact less there than on here. What am I missing?

    @lily.hazel the biggest benefit is forming actual friendships in a private forum instead of a public one. Speaking for myself, I’m very careful about what I share on TB because it’s public and literally anyone can see it.

Because of how much personal information is shared on fb, we’re not comfortable adding people who have just joined the forum or who have not been regular participants. I apologize as I don’t want to come across as a mean girl.

    I’d like to join the FB group I know I’m not super consistent but I have been here from the beginning and tried to always be supportive of everyone and would like to continue on especially since we’re nearing the third trimester and this is when things get really serious

    So I’ve been MIA for a few weeks dealing with life and have no clue how to check massages on here to see if I was sent info on the FB group, but I was hoping to join since I’ve been active (minus the last few weeks). Help?
