How fast do breasts typically grow?

I'm ~7w+3d, EDD still TBD as I haven't had my first prenatal or ultrasound yet. My breasts are crazy sore and growing fast for being so early in pregnancy (IMO). In US sizing, I'm typically a 30DD and I already had to buy new bras because I apparently bumped up to a 32DDD and my old ones, even without underwire, were painfully tight. How fast do these usually grow? Is this a sign of multiples or am I just going to get humongous and gain back problems? First timer if you can't tell -- thanks!

Symptom strength has no correlation over how many embryos you may or may not be carrying. My boobs grew pretty fast during my first pregnancy and continued to grow throughout the entire time. Your glands to produce milk are maturing and getting prepped.

though they'll feel small after that first experience with engorgement when/if your milk comes in 😅 damn I had Dolly boobs when that happened.

For some women the don't do anything, for others there is slight and others alit.

Mine swelled up at first then went back to normal until the 3rd tri. Each person is different.
