Anyone else dealing with round ligament pain?

I’m struggling with the aches and pains of this pregnancy. Wondering what others have found helpful for relief.

Me! I talked to my Dr. about it and she said it’s going to be worse this time because I’ve had two c-sections and I have scar tissue and that I just have to be slower at moving lol.

Yes! Feeling pain almost all the time (I'm 14w5d). Sometimes just achy and other times more intense. Haven't found any relief yet.

Pain has been my biggest symptom from day one, I haven’t found much relief as I haven’t been trying a bunch of remedies or anything. Bath/shower help though and just laying down with belly support. Either ligament pain or sciatica pain on and off pretty much the whole time as everything stretches and moves lol
