9 week old abrupt screams

Anytime my baby is going down to sleep, she screams for a few minutes up to an hour. She has moments of in that span of time where she stops and looks around, then screams again. Thoughts? No soothing...

    What does “no soothing” mean? Sounds like witching hour/over tiredness to me. I sure hope you aren’t doing cry it out at this age and are trying to soothe your baby. It’ll pass.
