Termination at 21 weeks

Hi,
Last year we got pregnancy and everything was ok all our genetic testing and blood work. We have no family history or anything. Then anatomy scan basically showed very bad heart defect not viable so we proceeded with termination at 21 weeks via natural delivery in 10/2022. Thankfully I am not 12 weeks preggo my NiPT came back negative and my 12 week u/s looks Ok. I have a early anatomy scan and fetal echo in April followed by 20 week anatomy and fetal echo.

I guess reason I’m saying this in the forum is because although I have supportive family I feel a scared anxious and nervous. What if this happens again?!? Any one with any thoughts or similar experience? Thank you 🙏
