Cramping Right Side - 6 weeks

Intense cramping in lower tummy, more than mild like it’s been, but especially on right side up to my right middle back. When to see doctor? No bleeding, just so much discomfort and feel nauseous. Concerned pain is heavily felt most on right side.

    Always worth a call to your OB to let them know and follow their suggestions.

    Hello knottie, I’m curious how things turned out? I had sever cramping in my lower right abdominal the night before last and don’t have a OBG yet so I had to go to the ER yesterday. I really did not get any helpful information after all the tests. I think I’m 5-6 weeks pregnant but they said it was too early to tell with the ultrasound. I’m worried it’s the start of a miscarriage.
