I write daily affirmations to help manage my anxiety and worry. I pick a positive phrase each week and write it out 55 times each weekday. While writing it, I work in believing that it is true and will come to be. It’s really helpful in relieving unnecessary worry. This week, my phrase is “my baby is developing normally”.
Drinking lots of water and trying to make good food choices more often than not (but dang those sausage McMuffins have been calling my name! 🤣) After a stressful couple of weeks of rest only, I am picking back up a very, very modified barre class!
I did my big workout sunday and walked 2.5mi yesterday. And I need to get some yoga and more legs in the rest of the week. Maybe a jog.
I also had therapy monday which was good to connect. Other than that, just trying to eat as healthy as I can on this nauseous stomach and drink plenty of water.
