How many times can I use canesten to treat thrush in pregnancy?

Hi everyone,I am 26 weeks pregnant I had thursh 2 times already and treat it with canesten like my midwife said but I do have it again this is 3rd time so my question is can I use canesten again? and how many times you can use canesten in pregnancy.Thanks
