  I am in a very similar situation with my husband's sperm motility being extremely low. We have been trying to boost it naturally by first starting with weight loss and a change in his vitamins. I also have my own factors including PCOS which doesn't help. I've been on Provera a few months now which is really the only way I can have a period anymore since stopping birth control a year ago. The IVF doctor gave us no other options than IVF which terrifies me but I'm not giving up hope. You are not alone girl.

  Have you seen improvment with vitamins? After 3 months of him taking the clomid his numbers did go up from 7% motility to 15% but there was agglutination which other times he didnt have. He now went to a Urologist and this Doctor doesn't like clomid for men and asked him to stop and started him on Novofertil vitamin, The 3rd iui failed. The next step is ivf and I Wish we just went straight to IVF cause we spent over 1 Year just on iuis and with such low motility I feel like it was a waste. We have been ttc for 6 years but for the past year and half we went to a fertilty specialist. I wish you all the best and hope everything works out for you
