Wood staining exposure- very nervous!

I do have a message out to my OB but probably won’t hear until Mon and I am just freaking out.
I went to a board and brush event this evening with a couple girlfriends (3 hr workshop where you stain and paint wood project). I am 27 wks and I wore gloves while I stained but about halfway through I thought that the fumes were pretty strong then I thought that this can’t be good for baby. I tried to be very careful not to touch it with my bare hands until it was dry. The site said most workshops use low VOC stain. I feel so silly and I have always been super careful with all of my pregnancies.
