Re: March Randoms

  • Y’all the dreams are getting crazy! Last night I dreamt that I was on a form of the Bachelorette but instead of roses it was greeting cards. Luckily DH was a contestant and I picked him in the end.

My MIL passed away suddenly last week at 64. We’ve been out in Montana dealing with arrangements this whole week. I’m exhausted

We haven’t yet told anyone we are expecting, so it’s been hard trying to hide how sick I am. 🥴

  • @charmedlifex3 I’m so sorry to hear that. Thoughts with your family! ❤️

  • We asked the 18mo what we should name his sibling. For a boy, he picked Asaxo, and for a girl, Babysha.
  • Bust out the Mom Cosi pillow yesterday and slept so good!!!

  • @AmMcc12 absolutely! I'm waiting for the hip pain to hit and then it will be a no brainer. It came right at 12 weeks last time!
  • MH hates the pregnancy pillow so much. I think it's his least favourite part of me being pregnant 😆
  • I found decaffeinated English Breakfast tea and I’m so happy!

  • I ended up choosing to find out the Gender with NIPT today 😬, the secretary convinced me 😅
  • Anybody else notice having high blood pressure during pregnancy? To my knowledge, my blood pressure has always been fine before pregnancy and my doctor has never said anything about it. The two appointments I've had so far my blood pressure has read high but the nurse and doctor didn't say anything about it. I guess they aren't worried? It makes me nervous though. I'm not sure if it was due to nerves/excitement or if I actually have consistently high blood pressure.
  • @hc_2023 my last pregnancy my blood pressure was always high in the doctors office so she had me take it at home, where it was always fine 🙄 I was taking it a few times a week and kept a log for my doc
  • @mimser That makes me feel a little better. I have considered taking it at home just to see what it's like. Maybe I'll just start doing my own log like you did and then take it with me to next appointment. If it reads high I'll talk to the doctor, but I'm really hoping some improvements I've been working will help to lower my blood pressure.
  • My mom, in January: "Oh, you're probably going to need a bigger coat!"

Me, certain things will go like they did last time: "Oh no, should be fine, once I'm too big for my coat it will be warm enough."

    Me, today:
