Trying not to panic - need some advice

I'll cut right to the chase, I'm looking for some advice/feedback/encouragement. I am about 6 weeks into my 4th pregnancy. Zero live births. History of early miscarriages (all usually SUPER early, I think only one has gone to 9 weeks, the rest were more like the 4-5 week mark).

Because of this history my doctor has been doing beta HCG quants every 48 hours this last week.

3/13 - 1801
3/15 - 3423
3/17 - 5743

After the first two tests, my doctor said she wanted to do a third since it didn't double in 48 hours (it came close, on track to double in 52 hours). She hasn't commented on the third yet since its the weekend.

Should I be concerned? It didn't double again and its slowing down, but its still definitely increasing. I read online that 48-72 hours for doubling is normal, and as you get into week six, 72-96 hours is normal. But her comment about doing a third because it didn't double in 48 hours leads me to believe that this is not good.

Just wondering if anyone else has similar history or experience while I'm trying not to freak out waiting on my doctor to comment on the results.
Thanks in advance. <3
