Mira E3G interpretation

Hi all,
I started using Mira this cycle so I'm still getting the ropes.
Mira predicts OD is March 12th (CD 13). E3g rose and LH slightly rose.
But tonight my E3G is rising again but not LH.
Could someone help me interpret my chart? I'm confused. Thank you in advanced! And God bless!
