Early Ultrasound

in 1st Trimester
My LMP shows 6+5 but today I went in for ultrasound and shows 5 weeks only saw sac no yolk sac or heart beat. Stressing out had a miscarriage back in October doctors told me to come back in 2 weeks. Thoughts?

    How do you know when you ovulated? Unless you were tracking, there is a chance you truly are about 5 weeks.  I was always told that 1st scans should be about 10/11 weeks due to this type of issue and it's more accurate for dating.

    I was tracking with clear blue ovulation testing and strips that’s how I knew but they went from my LMP to do a 7 week ultrasound to see how things were going bc of previous miscarriage but clearly I wasn’t 7 weeks according to ultrasound
