28w 4d growth scan

Hi everyone, I had a growth scan yesterday (28w 4d) and these are the baby's measurements. They said that everything is good, only the head looks a bit big, not sure if this is because baby is head down now and measurements are not very accurate, but I am worried. Have you had something similar, any sonographer here to share an opinion about this? Many thanks in advance.

    @mira0391 if your doctor said everything is good, then everything is probably good! Ultrasound measurements are imperfect.

    My kids had huge heads. Like 80-90th percentile heads on 30-40th percentile babies lol.   If you're nervous, you can ask your doctor for an explanation, but in my experience my doctors would be overly cautious if there was a reason for concern.

    @mira0391 high risk mama here with biweekly scans and measurements. Doctors said everything is good then baby is in good range. My little man measured in the 11th percentile for weight and got him caught up but still get checks. Trust me they will tell you when something isn’t right and set you aside for a plan. Babies have all kinds of ranges. It won’t let me view your attachment. But you can totally give a call in for a better explanation to help put your mind at ease.
