BHCG 7 weeks now

I am 7 weeks pregnant as per my LMP I kept getting 1-2 weeks on the CB digital so my doctor sent me to get HCG levels. My first level was 146 at 6weeks2days my second was 248 at 6weeks4days. It looks like it’s rising nicely but he says it’s likely I’m a few weeks pregnant. But my husband works away. I had signs of ovulation the end of January (30th) to be exact which we had intercourse on that day. I missed my period so did a pregnancy test and got 1-2 weeks on Feb 16. My husband was home Feb 9-15 and we had intercourse on the 12th, so even if I ovulated then I wouldn’t get a positive test 4 days later. So I’m 99.99% we conceived at the end of January. Just seems those levels are low for this far along. I have zero symptoms other than breast tenderness and tired. I didn’t have my levels checked with our 13 month old so have no idea what they were. Has anyone else experienced this and went on to have a healthy pregnancy/baby? I know they say it matters that the levels are doubling not the actual level itself. I get our dating US at the end of the month.

    HCG numbers are different for everyone and depend on implantation and other factors.

    I was also 6 weeks when I found out and mine was 6219 but that number is completely irrelevant because the only thing that matters is if it’s rising.
