Bc powder and breastfeeding

Hi. My son is 5 weeks old. I took bc powder Friday once and Sunday once without even thinking. Suddenly it clicked I probably shouldn’t have. How long should I wait to nurse again? Bc powder is 825mg aspirin and 325 caffeine.

    With many medications and caffeine, it's usually recommended to wait a few hours. Aspirin and caffeine can both potentially enter breast milk. I'd ask a doctor or lactation consultant to be sure. If you took it and then nursed, don't worry about it at this point. I wouldn't take it again if possible until you talk to a medical professional.
