Anyone planning a babymoon? 

Looking to see if people plan on travelling during pregnancy?

    I’m going to Vegas for a night in July but want to try to convince my partner to go to LA in April for a baby moon and to see my sister since I’m gonna end up missing her wedding in June.

    I definitely want to do a Baby Moon this time.  Have not gotten much further than that yet.

    First time mom here, due mid-July.
    We are planning a babymoon the first week of April! I will be 26 weeks.
    Because of due date timing we option not to go somewhere “warm” since that would likely mean Caribbean or Mexico for this time of year.
    We decided to go to Seattle because I have never been. We are going to rent a house on the water outside of downtown and do some hiking/walking assuming I am up for it. Also going to do whale watching and a couple romantic nights out!
    I did purchase trip insurance in case there is a medical reason between now and then that prevents us from going.
    We will be flying, about 3-4 hours each way. I will wear compression socks and get up every hour or so (likely have to pee that often anyway)!
    Hope everyone else is able to plan some time for themselves before their baby comes!

    We are taking a trip to New York first part of April, 4 hour flight with one layover in the middle. We're due 7/17.

    I am on my baby moon now!!! I am 19 weeks today. We flew into Phoenix, started at the Grand Canyon, now we are at Zion for some hiking. We will be spending a few days in Sedona as well!!

    We’re planning one! I really want to go somewhere warm like Hawaii or Cabo in April but I’m worried about flying & so we’re considering a road trip. Maybe Charleston or Jekyll Island.

    We are doing a local baby boom weekend to a small town about 2 hours away by car at 25 weeks pregnant. We have a placenta previa and have been advised not to travel by air, but this is still a lovely getaway in a very nice hotel and spa with a pool.

    Hopefully your placenta previa resolves! My sister in law had it at her 21 week scan and went back for the 28 weeks scan and it had moved. I guess this happens like 80% of the time!

    Thank you! We are hoping it does too. But are preparing for c-section and other plans  just in case. Our nearest hospital that can take preemies is 2 hours away so gotta make a game plan early. We are 24 weeks now so that 28 week ultrasound is coming up!

    We are traveling 6hrs by car to NC going back to Asheville where we first met/lived to eat all our favorite foods/visit favorite parks. Rented an airbnb for a few days in may before our family hosts our baby shower. I'm 24 weeks today.

    yeah, good idea. my hub and I enjoy 1st baby moon. this is a good thing and better. for the mom happy filling good for baby health
