I have a 7 week old son and a two year old daughter. I am all over the place. I don’t have a schedule although I’m trying to get one down. With my husband working through the morning to afternoon I have the two all to myself but I feel like my toddler is under stimulated and my infant is overstimulated. What do I do? How do I go out? How do I get time for myself? How do I escape the mom guilt? What activities can I do that involve both my kids?

So much this! Please veteran moms come in to address this question. My two are the exact same age as you just asked about 7 weeks and 2 years and it seems like when each one needs me individually they need all of me and then the other is being neglected and I feel SO much guilt.

If it fits into your budget, I’d suggest buying a double stroller. You can walk both at same time. Go to a park, bring snacks, get some fresh air if it’s not too cold

I’m in a similar situation. But my toddler is 3. Can someone share how they’ve managed to tackle this?
