Pregnancy Rhinitis

Is anyone else dealing with pregnancy rhinitis? I have a drip of thick mucus down my throat for probably 8 weeks now. It’s hard to clear and makes me gag multiple times a day. I’ll be asking my OB about it at my 16 week appt next Monday.

    I've had a stuffy/clear runny nose for a couple months now, worried it'll last until birth. Such an annoying pregnancy symptom 🙄 use a neti pot or saline rinse regularly, it helps
