Possible subchoronic hematoma or twin?

in 1st Trimester
I had an ultrasound done at 5 weeks 6 days and they saw a possible hematoma next to the gestational sac I am now 19 weeks 5 days and am huge, never had an bleeding and was wondering if that other sac is a twin. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else!

    If it was a subchronic,  it's identifiable it's different than a twin.  You probably popped early and are showing.  Some people start showing more than others and you could have some bloat.

    You can have a SCH and not bleed. I have had 4 with no bleeding. If it were a twin they would have said, this is baby A and this is baby B.

    Could they see a yolk sac at 5 weeks 6 days? I am exactly that and they can only see the gestational sac and a 3cm hematoma
