Progesterone suppositories

Started taking 200mg progesterone capsules vaginally at bedtime. Started at about 4w3d. I had sore breasts up until 6w. Now nothing. I am worried loss of symptoms could mean bad news, but hoping it is my body adjusting to the medication.

Experiences?
