Re: WTO w/o Feb 20

  • Month/Cycle: 3/3

    CD: 8

WAYDTGKU: BBT, CM, BD EOD, trying out LLLT

R/R: We saw Les Mis on Broadway last night. It was so good and now I have all the songs stuck in my head

    CS/Q:

  • Loading the player...
  • @britters314 Fun!

Month/Cycle: 20 months since we started trying, 6th cycle back after time off for losses/benching/etc

    CD: 9

WAYDTGKU: BBT/CM/OPK, BD EOD (hopefully), prenatal with extra folate, ubiquinol and NAC for my old eggies, baby aspirin for RPL, TCM herbs, acupuncture

R/R: I am trying to schedule our BD this month and I’m not loving it. I prefer to just go for it when we feel like it but I really want to try for EOD just to see if giving the swimmers a day off in between will help. Did some more reading on baby aspirin and hoping this might do the trick for us.

CS/Q: I am using an Ava bracelet this month and the temps are… weird. It’s been almost a year since I last charted BBT though so maybe it’s me!

  • @maggiemadeit good luck with charting!!

    @britters314 that sounds like fun!

    Month/Cycle: 5/4

    CD: 6

    WAYDTGKU: OPKs and sex

R/R: first leg of the trip is done  3hrs from our house to MIL  will leave tomorrow to drive to SC! About a 9hr day

    CS/Q: nope.

  • Month/Cycle:  2.5/4

    CD: 9

WAYDTGKU:  Almost everything under the sun short of ART: OPKs, urine hormone tests, Let's Get Checked, supplements, LLLT, temping, and, of course, BDing.

R/R: Our I just took an AMH blood test and got a result of 0.37.  3 years ago, it was 1.6.  I have hit the dreaded fertility cliff just in time to TTC my second child.  Yay.

    CS/Q:  None yet.

P.S. Totally jealous of everyone's vacations!  I think I'll add them all to my bucket list.

  • @maggiemadeit Your temps look pretty normal to me. What about it looks weird to you?
  • @britters314 I charted for 7 years before my last loss and my temps in the follicular phase are usually low and pretty steady, and my cover line is typically right around 97.5. The high temps during my period, then the 3 low temps, then 3 higher is just an unusual pattern for me. It’s been a year since I last charted though and I am getting older so it could easily be my body being different now, or it could be the Ava. Hard to tell. I’ll keep at it and hopefully see a shift when it’s time.
  • @geekprincess26 Sorry about the test results. I have read that those numbers don’t mean much unless you’re doing fertility treatment. As long as you still ovulate there is still a chance! I feel you on being on the cliff though. Solidarity and hugs.
  • Argh. I was all stressed and annoyed about planning sex this month and now my body has thrown a curve ball and I got a positive OPK tonight at CD10 when I normally get my positive at CD12. We’ll be lucky to get one try in the window this month now. So much for my careful planning 😂
  • @britters314 oh enjoy NYC!  I just planned an epic trip that we are having to cancel now, I’m so bummed.

@maggiemadeit ooh go lady.  Fx with the aspirin this cycle.

Month/Cycle: 2/2 not *totally* sure if still TTA this month

    CD: 12

WAYDTGKU: BBT, sex, a whole truckload of things aimed at my health that’s also helping my PCOS.  If my TSH comes back normal I’ll add aspirin per my last RE.

R/R: My food allergy testing got moved from the end of March to NEXT WEEK, so now I’m just waiting for my TSH to come back and if it’s OK I might feel safe to get timing this month.  It was randomly high last summer to the point that I needed a thyroid US but thankfully coming down without synthroid.  LabCorp messed up my blood draw the first time, 2nd draw was Friday and it still hasn’t resulted and watery CM today 👀  Come onnnnn LabCorp.

  • @virginiaham It was actually Broadway in Chicago, not NYC. And we live in Chicago, so it wasn’t a vacation, but I definitely do want to visit NYC and see some shows there someday too.
  • edited February 2023
@virginiaham. Oh, no!  The TSH issues and allergies stink enough by themselves, but having to cancel your vacation on top of them is just adding insult to injury.  I hope that you get positive results out of this whole mess, at the very least!

@maggiemadeit. Ah, the good old cycle curveball.  So much fun.   :disappointed:  Once is all it takes, though, so FX this is your "once"!  And thank you very much for the kind words!
  • @britters314 oh whoops I saw the comment about vacations and assumed you were ON Broadway…NYC is fresh on my brain right now lol.  Glad you enjoyed it!

    AFM…benched.  Wayyyy TMI update.

TSH results still haven’t posted but as I was checking CM I felt an undeniable lump 😟  I just had a PAP in January so maybe just a little cyst but benched to get it looked at & biopsy if needed.

  • @virginiaham This same thing happened to me last year and I panicked. It took a couple of long weeks waiting to see my OBGYN, but luckily it was just a nabothian cyst, no treatment needed. I’m glad you’re getting it checked out. Hopefully it is just a cyst and nothing that will set you back or need treatment.
  • @maggiemadeit thank you for sharing that!  Yes I did a little reading and hoping that’s all it is 🤞

  • @mambo5-2 Just curious: what is HIO?  Also, FX for better timing for you guys this cycle.
  • @geekprincess26 HIO is an alternate abbreviation instead of BD. It stands for humping it out.
  • @britters314 Never heard that one before, but thanks for explaining!  I'd thought it was a new supplement I could look into trying, but never mind.  I have enough as it is.  o:)
  • @britters314 thanks for explaining that one 😹 that's a good one Lolol
